Man Allegedly Shoots Friend Who Tried To Stop Him From Drunk Driving

A man in Cleveland, Ohio, is behind bars after allegedly shooting his friend who attempted to keep him from driving drunk.
The alleged shooting happened Saturday when the victim, Java Bowling III, 43, got into an argument with the suspect Scott A. Campbell Sr., 40.
Bowling told police he was trying to take Campbell's keys in order to prevent him from driving
while drunk. A fight broke out between the two and the suspect allegedly shot Bowling in the chest and ran away, 19ActionNews.com reported.
Responding officers obtained the suspect's name from witnesses as well as a possible destination, Fox8.com reported.
When officers arrived at the spot where Campbell was believed to have gone, they found the suspect inside and the alleged weapon in the backyard, according to a police department press release.
Bowling is recovering from his injuries, and Campbell was arrested and is awaiting charges
